It's in the bag.

Sometimes when you're generally feeling a bit grim, theres only thing you can do to turn things round and that is wear a nice frock. I generally find that mundane tasks like cleaning and running errands are made a hell of a lot better by simply throwing a frock on. You can normally find me whizzing my trolley round Asda in a floral number it has to be said. Now, this particular dress is a firm favourite of mine - found for the rediculous price of £10 in Primark a couple of years back, its still bang on trend. With the sixties shift dress shape, the Chanel-esque colours and the massive bow detailing. I mean, whats not to love?! And what goes best with a nice frock I hear you ask? A good old fashioned granny bag. I blooming love this bag and it's my vintage piece of the day. I found it in a charity shop in Suffolk for £2.50 a few weeks back. A word of advice, if like me, you are a bit of a charity shop bargain hunter then you need to grab your ladies, jump in a car and roadtrip it to the sunny Suffolk countryside. Pretty much any charity shop in this county is literally like a gold mine for some fabulous vintage wears. But enough of my countryside ramblings - these patterned bags are everywhere right now. Urban Outfitters have an amazing tote that I've had my eye on for weeks and you can find it here.
