The alprotops challenge




I am a big Alpro fan. It started at latitude festival about 4 years ago. Hungover and covered in mud I was handed an Alpro dessert whilst walking into the festival one morning. It was love at first sight.

I use almond milk as an alternative to normal milk at home already so I said a big YES when Alpro contacted me to see if I would like to undertake the #AlproTops challenge!

AlproTops is all about getting creative with your breakfast. Using Alpro yogurt as a base I was set the challenge to come up with 5 different AlproTops variations for my breakfast last week. From chai seeds to nuts, dried fruits to cinnamon and muesli to coconut the possibilities were endless.

My first attempt (above) was cashew nuts, goji berries and dark chocolate flakes. I then experimented with a more tropical vibe on day 2. I opted for mango, strawberry and coconut. Followed by cranberries, cherries and almonds then a more trad option of muesli and strawberries. I finished my 5th day with a big whammy selection of all of them! I don't normally endorse products but I have to say I would definitely buy these again. They are perfect for a healthy addition to a yogurt breakfast.
